- Boil the milk to half keeping flame sim to medium. Add lemon juice and keep stirring it curdles continue stirring. When you see granules add sugar keep stirring, when water evaporates add ghee spoon by spoon in between.
- When you see bubbles on the edges of the pan and it starts leaving the pan it's ready to pour in the mold. Cool it completely, can keep in the fridge to set cut in pieces and enjoy.
