- 1.Take a pan,add 1 3/4 cup of milk.Let it boil on a medium flame. 2.Once it gets boiled,turn off the flame and add lemon juice.Stir it once and drain out the liquid. Make sure that there is no liquid in the chhena. 3.Crumble the chhena into fine paste.
- 4.Take a pan,add the remaining 1 1/4 cup of milk and let it boil for 2-3 mins. 5.Add Sugar&ghee,Stir continuously for 2-3 mins or until the sugar gets dissolved. 6.Add food colour, Cardamon powder and mix it well.
- 7. Add milk powder and mix it well. Let it cook until it gets thickened.Add the chenna paste,mix it well and cook until the mixture leaves the pan. 8.Let it cool for few mins.
- 9.Make the mixture into small balls and press them using your palm to turn it into a peda shape(circular). 10.Garnish it with almonds
