  • Milk
  • Milk powder
  • Butter
  • Sugar
  • Cardamom
  • Saffron
  • Kewra water

Instructions

  • Heat butter in a pan, add milk and let it boil. Then add milk powder and mix it well. Add sugar, cardamom powder, cook it for about 10 minutes. Transfer half of the mixture to the tray greezed with butter. Now add saffron water and khevara water to the remaining mixture, mix well and transferit to the same tray as a second layer. Let it freeze for 20 to 30 minutes and cut into pieces and serve.
