- First add chopped jaggery in the yogurt and mix well then prepare paste of ginger, chili and garlic.
- Now, first wash the fenugreek leaves, coriander, green garlic and chop finely. Now take millet flour in a bowl and add fenugreek, coriander, green garlic, turmeric, asafoetida, coriander cumin powder, salt, ginger-chili-garlic paste and yoghurt and mix it well.
- Then keep adding a water slowly and prepare a thick pudding then add 1 tbsp ghee, baking soda and mix it well.
- Then put the pan on the gas. Once hot, add ghee into it, add a few sesame seeds and spread pudding over it and again sprinkle sesame seeds on the other layer of pudding.
- Now, add ghee around the pudding border, keep the gas flame slow and let it heat up and fry till both the sides turn pink.
