- Dry roast oats and dry fruits sepatatly and keep aside
- Heat some ghee in a pan, roast foxnuts till crisp and crunchy when done keep aside and cut in pieces
- Heat Some ghee, roast millet flour Till plesant smell when done left Out form hot pan
- Again heat remaining ghee in a Pan, add carom seeds and turmeric powder and continue stir, when pleasant smell comes add dry ginger powder and stir on low flame
- Now add jaggery and some water and cook till jagerry melt
- Now add cooked millet and Stir and cook on low flame
- It’s time to add roasted oats And millet flour and continue stir on low flame to avoid lumps
- When start to thick add chopped Roasted and chopped dry fruits and mix well
- Now add roasted and Fox nuts pieces and cook on low flame also for 2 to 3 mins
- Finally add green cardamom and mix and switch of gas
- Garnish with some Dry fruits over the top and serve hot for more taste and enjoy
