  • Sorghum
  • Chickpea
  • Moong beans
  • Green chillies
  • Ginger
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Curry leaves
  • Corinader
  • Pearl millet

Instructions

  • Take one cup sorghum,pearl millet,moong beans,chickpeas and wash. Then soak them in water. Drain the water next day and add it to the blender. Then add ginger,salt, fennel seeds and blend. Then add onion,garlic,green chillies,curry leaves, corinader and blend into a paste. Heat oil in a kadai and take some mixture and make a ball and flatten it. Deep fry in oil and serve hot.
