Ingredients

  • 1 bowl wheat flour
  • 1/2 bowl powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 50 grams melted butter
  • 1 glass warm milk

Instructions

  • In a large bowl whisk together the flour, sugar and cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda.
  • Now add melted butter and milk to the vanilla essence and make it better. Rotate the other side so that a few holes appear at the top.
  • Fry on both sides. (Keep the gas flame low) The mini pancake is ready. Serve it with a catcher topping.
