- In a bowl mix sooji and rice flour. Add salt and curd into it.
- Add water to prepare idli like batter.
- Add chopped cabbage, capsicum, green peas, carrots into it.
- Keep the batter aside for 10 minutes.
- Add baking soda into it and mix well.
- Prepare small uttapas using this batter. Apply little oil while preparing uttapa.
- Once all uttapas are prepared, we will make one tadka for it. For that hear oil in a pan.
- Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and pinch of hing.
- Also add podi masala, curry leaves, peanut and sesame seeds into it . Mix it well.
- Add all the uttapas into tadka and roll over well.
- Serve with dip or idli chutney
