Ingredients

  • 1 bowl mint leaves
  • 1/2 bowl curd
  • 2 Green chilli
  • 1 " piece ginger
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 pinch black salt
  • 1/4 tsp chaat masala

Instructions

  • Wash and clean mint leaves. Wash, peel and chop ginger. Chop green chilli.
  • Transfer it in a mixer. Add both salts and chaat masala. Grind it to a smooth paste.
  • Now add yogurt and churn again for 30 seconds.
  • Transfer it in a serving bowl and serve with snacks, kebabs or tikki.
