Ingredients

  • 1 cups water
  • Few mint leaves
  • 1/2 tsp chia seeds

Instructions

  • Firstly soak the Chia seed into water for an hour.
  • Take a pan add 1 cup water and then add few mint leaves and boil it for about 2 mins.
  • Once the colour of water turns into green then turn off the flame and then add Chia seed and give it a stir.
  • Then transfer it into the serving glass and your Mint and Chia seed drink is ready.

You can have it after meal for relief
