Ingredients

  • 2 cup wheat flour, 1/2 cup chopped mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup chopped spring onion, 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1/4 tsp Ajwain/carom seed
  • To taste Salt, 1/4 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chaat masala, 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp oil 1 cup water
  • As needed Oil for frying

Instructions

  • In mixing bowl add add wheat flour,mint leaves, ginger spring onion,red chilli powder, turmeric powder,cumin powder,Chaat masala,ajwain salt,1 tbspn oil then slowly slowly add water as per the requirement and knead the dough
  • Once done let the dough rest for 5 Min for that cover it with a wet cloth After 5 Min make small roundel and dust it into the wheat flour and then roll it with help of rolling pin (in any required shape)
  • Meanwhile place the tava on the stove and then place the prepared paratha on the tava and then add oil and fry it once it is roasted from one side then flip it on other side and roast well from both the side
  • Once done turn off the flame and transfer it into the serving plate

Notes/Tips

Your Mint and Spring Onion Paratha is ready. Serve it with curd, pickle
