Ingredients

  • Fresh lemongrass blades
  • Mint leaves
  • Water
  • Honey

Instructions

  • Boil water.In a heatproof glass jar,put lemongrass and mint.
  • Pour the boiling water over them and cover with lid.Let them steep for about 10-15 minutes.
  • Strain in cups.Add honey if required.Mix well.
  • Your therapeutic drink is ready to sip.

Notes/Tips

This tea is full of anti oxidants,is anti inflammatory and anti bacterial in nature.It helps to prevent infection and relieves anxiety and cramps. As I use homegrown fresh lemongrass and mint leaves,the taste and colour are amazing.I have not added any honey. This can be drunk hot as well as cold.
