- Boil water.In a heatproof glass jar,put lemongrass and mint.
- Pour the boiling water over them and cover with lid.Let them steep for about 10-15 minutes.
- Strain in cups.Add honey if required.Mix well.
- Your therapeutic drink is ready to sip.

This tea is full of anti oxidants,is anti inflammatory and anti bacterial in nature.It helps to prevent infection and relieves anxiety and cramps. As I use homegrown fresh lemongrass and mint leaves,the taste and colour are amazing.I have not added any honey. This can be drunk hot as well as cold.
