Ingredients

1/2 beetroot
1 apple
1 carrot
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 inch ginger (optional)
1/4 tsp black salt (kala namak)

Instructions

Peel and chop beetroot, carrot and apple into small pieces. Put the beetroot pieces, apple pieces and ginger in a juice extractor. After extracting the juice from the juicer Add lemon juice and salt to it. Serve immediately.

Notes/Tips

Note: You can avoid adding salt to it. If you are using a blender instead of a juice extractor, strain the juice with a strainer in a bowl.
