- Firstly take mashed potatoes, green chili, coriander, onion salt haldi, mirch, garam masala and mix well
- In a cheakpea flour add salt, turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder and add required quantity of water to prepare batter. Batter should be medium thick.
- Stuff the potato stuffing into the chili then Coat the chilli into batter well and deep fry it into hot oil till golden.
