Ingredients

  • 15 green chillies
  • 2 Cups chickpea flour
  • 4 boil potatoes messed
  • 1 onion chopped
  • As per taste salt
  • Half table spoon red chilli powder
  • Half tablespoon turmeric powder
  • Half tablespoon garam masala
  • As required oil

Instructions

  • Firstly take mashed potatoes, green chili, coriander, onion salt haldi, mirch, garam masala and mix well
  • In a cheakpea flour add salt, turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder and add required quantity of water to prepare batter. Batter should be medium thick.
  • Stuff the potato stuffing into the chili then Coat the chilli into batter well and deep fry it into hot oil till golden.
