  • Paneer
  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • Capsicum
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Red chilli powder
  • Cumin
  • Garam masala
  • Chilli garlic sauce
  • Oil
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a heavy pan, and add the chopped onions to it. Sprinkle some salt. Add the ginger and garlic paste and saute for a few seconds. Add the chopped tomatoes, along with the ground spices cumin, red chili and garam masala powders. Cook the mixture until tomatoes are done, and everything comes together with oil starting to ooze. Add the red capsicum,green capsicum and cook until done. Add the chili garlic sauce and continue to saute until the mixture is slightly charred. Add the chopped paneer and toss around gently. Continue to stir fry on med-high. Check salt and sprinkle more. combine everything well.serve with chapathi,naan,roti.
