- Soak moth,vatana and chana for 4-6 hours. Drain water ,keep covered till they get sprouts. Boil and keep aside.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil ,add jeera ,red chillies onion ,garlic cloves,coconut sliced and fry for 4-5 min.Let it cool and grind it in mixer to make a paste.
- Heat a pan ,add oil then curry leaves ,the onion paste and after 2 minutes,add all dry masalas and finally tomatoes puree.
- fry for 6-7 minutes until the gravy leaves oil.Then add boiled sprouts,add water1 cup.cover and cook for 5-8 minutes.
- In a bowl put the prepared misal then chopped onion,coriander and Ganthiya . add lime juice.serve with pav.
