Ingredients

  • Milk - 1.5 Litre
  • Jaggery Chopped (Gur)/Sugar - 1/2 Cup or As Requir
  • Plain Curd - 3-4 tbsp

Instructions

  • Boil the milk and reduce till half. Keep Stirring So that it does not Stick Add the jaggery , When Jaggery Melts, turn off the Gas Transfer the mixture to a Bowl and Cool down 50%. Add the curd and mix well Mix Well and Transfer to Small Bowls Cover with Aluminum Foil/Plate Keep in a Warm Place for 6 to 8 hrs or till Set Take out the Foil Paper and Refrigerate for 2 hrs
