- Mishti Doi - Heat milk on high flame. Add jaggery to it once milk is reduced.
- Mishti Doi - In a bowl, add 1/2 tsp curd and reduced milk.
- Keep this mishti doi bowl aside to set for 6 hours.
- Take a shots glass, layer Kokam Sherbat, muesli, mishti doi alternately.
- Top mishti doi shots with pista and cranberry.
