Ingredients

  • Milk
  • Jaggery
  • Curd
  • Muesli
  • Kokam sherbat
  • Pista
  • Cranberry

Instructions

  • Mishti Doi - Heat milk on high flame. Add jaggery to it once milk is reduced.
  • Mishti Doi - In a bowl, add 1/2 tsp curd and reduced milk.
  • Keep this mishti doi bowl aside to set for 6 hours.
  • Take a shots glass, layer Kokam Sherbat, muesli, mishti doi alternately.
  • Top mishti doi shots with pista and cranberry.
  • Do try this unique version of sweet and sour with fusion of mishti doi and kokam sherbat.

Notes/Tips

You can use corn flakes instead of muesli for crunchy texture. You can replace kokam sherbat with rose syrup. You can use sugar instead of jaggery just don't forget to caramelise sugar first then add milk Refrigerate Mishti Doi Shots as they taste better when its chilled.
