- Firstly take 250 grams of mix Dal clean and wash in normal water soak over night, next day drain the water take a mixture jar add soak Dal into it and grind.
- After that remove the grind Dal into the other vessel add some curry leaves Corainder leaves, chopped onion, turmeric powder, garam masala,green chilli ginger garlic paste and salt and mix it well and keep a side for at least 10 minutes.
- After that heat kadhai pour oil, if oil is hot take a small portion of mixture n drop the pakoda into the hot oil fry both the sides till golden brown in colour n remove the pakoda in kitchen tissue paper now our delicious healthy and tasty yummy mix Dal pakoda is ready to eat.
- Serve hot in a serving plate it is very tasty.
