  • 1 cup wheat flour, 1 cup millet flour, 1 cup gram
  • Salt to taste, 1 Tsp sugar, 1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Tsp Kanda Lasun Masala, 1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder,
  • Half Cup Of Finally Chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves
  • Half a lemon juice, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste,

Instructions

  • Method : 1) In a small bowl, add gram flour, wheat flour, millet flour, salt to taste, 1 teaspoon sugar, half a lemon juice, 1 tablespoon red chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, half a cup fresh chopped cilantro, 1 tsp carom seeds, Add 1 tbsp onion garlic masala, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste And Mix It Very Well. 2) Now mix all this mixture well and add little by little water in it and knead the dough of medium hardness. Add 2 tbsp oil and knead the dough. 3) Now leave the dough for 15 minutes. ४) Now put the griddle on low flame and spread ghee on it. Then make small balls of the dough and roll it on a baking sheet. And bake it crispy. 5) Roll all the remaining dough balls on a plate and bake on tawa over low heat.Then take it out on a plate and serve with Shejwan Chutney and Kolhapuri Thecha or Mayyonaise, "Mix Grain Atta Thali Peeth".

Notes/Tips

When making thalipeeth, grease the tawa with tupa first, so that the thalipith does not stick to the tawa. And they will cook well and roast well.
