Ingredients

  • Oil 1 tsp
  • Chopped garlic 1 tsp
  • Chopped ginger 1 tsp
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Chopped cabbage 3 tbsp
  • Chopped carrots 3 tbsp
  • Chopped capsicum 3 tbsp
  • Chopped cauliflower 3 tbsp
  • Chopped French beans 3 tbsp
  • Pa boiled green peas 1/4 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1/2
  • Water 3 cups

Instructions

  • In pan heat the oil add all the ingredients one by one and saute for 2-3 minutes each.
  • Now add water and seasoning to it and boil for 15 minutes.
  • Serve it hot with gralic breadsticks.

Notes/Tips

At a time of cooking take care that vegetables doesn't get too soft.
