Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats,2 tbsp Cabbage chopped,
  • 2 tbsp bottle gourd chopped,1 medium onion, finely

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a kadhai. Add cumin, ginger and chopped onion, cabbage, bottle gourd, and more. If the color of onion and vegetable starts showing light rose, then add tomato to it. Fry the tomato for two minutes and add oats and fry for 2 to 4 minutes.Now add red chili, coriander powder, turmeric, cumin powder and salt to it. Now add boiled peas and water as required and mix it well. Let it cook with the lid on. For 5 to 7 minutes.After five to seven minutes, remove the lid and garnish with green coriander. Mix Veg Oats Bun is ready.Take out in a serving bowl and enjoy veg masala oats.

Don't use ghee nd mustard oil U use refined oil /olive oil
