Mix Vegetables (Traditional)

Ingredients

  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Hing 1/4 tsp
  • Mix vegetables 2 cups
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Garm masala 1 tsp
  • Tomato 1 cup
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Jaggery 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • In a cooker heat the oil, add mustard seeds and hing.
  • Now add all the vegetables and masala in it and cook till 3 whistles.
  • Now add tomatoes, gram masala, sugar and jaggery and cook for 5-10 minutes.

Notes/Tips

Mix vegetables means potatoes, sweet potato, yam, brinjal, tindola, all leafy vegetables, Beetroot , green peas, guvar, Valor, surti pappdi etc.
