Ingredients

  • 150 gms Grapes
  • 1 Kiwi
  • Seeds of 1 Pomegranate
  • 2 bananas
  • 1/2 muskmelon
  • 3 strawberries
  • 2 pinch elaichi powder
  • 500 gms Fresh curd
  • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
  • Dry fruits - chirronji, cashew nuts resins

Instructions

  • Beat the curd with hand mixer.
  • Now cut all the fruits in small pieces. Grapes in half pieces.
  • Mix all fruits along with dry fruits and elaichi powder in curd. Add powdered sugar and mix well. Serve chilled.
