Ingredients

  • Banana
  • Beetroot
  • Apple
  • Dragon fruit
  • Kiwi
  • Milk
  • Chia seeds
  • Pumpkin seeds

Instructions

  • cut kiwi ,Dragon fruit and apple in different shapes with the help of cookie cutter
  • Keep Banana and the remaining portion of fruits after cutting In a zip lock bag . Keep them in freezer for 2-3 hours.
  • Now Blend All The Fruits and milk In A Blender Till Smooth Consistency.
  • Garnish with cut fruits and seeds.

Notes/Tips

Add a splash of milk otherwise you won't be able to garnish your smoothies with Fruits. They will get inside. Fruits should be frozen well.
