Ingredients

  • 250 gm asparagus
  • 10 gm halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup red bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon virgin olive oil
  • black pepper as required

Instructions

  • Wash all the veggies properly
  • Boil asparagus in salted water
  • Mix all the veggies perfectly chopped
  • Add seasonings of your requirement
  • Serve in a bowl
