- Melt the ghee Now take a mixing bowl, add besan in it, Make hole in center. Add milk and melted ghee in 1:2 tbsp ratio. Add till semi soft dough is form, now allow to rest for 30 minutes
- Now sieve the above mixture like small granules or bread crumbs. Now cook the above mixture in a remaining ghee till almond color and ghee is released.
- If required u can add ghee, now allow the mixture to cool down completely.
- In another pan make a sugar syrup of one string by sugar and water.
- Now immediately add besan mixture, green cardamom powder and nuts in it and mix it well.
- Then allow to set in ghee greased plate, by garnishing with nuts and poppy seeds. Cut in desire shape
