  • 1 bowl Besan/ gram flour
  • 1 bowl Ghee
  • 1 bowl Sugar
  • 1/2 bowl Milk
  • 1/4 tsp Elaichi powder( Cardamom)
  • 1 tbsp Dryfruits

Instructions

  • Ina mixing bowl add besan n warm milk n ghee Now mix them very well
  • Now hit a pan add ghee n melt n warm it Anthor side mixer of besan strain in strainer n add in ghee n stir it on slow flem until its becomes pink in colour
  • Now author pan add Sugar n water for ceremlay its becomes thick n 1+1/2 strang for making Mohanthal
  • Now mix sugar cyrap n besan mix very well transfer to Grease plat n equally level with catori sprinkle Elaichi powder n Dryfruits cut into pees your choice serve with traditional menu puri sabji dal rice n Spoon Batakavada
