- In a bowl, add Besan, 3 Tbsp Milk and 2 Tbsp Ghee. Mix and crumble the besan until crumbled completely.
- Sieve the crumble and add it to a fry pan. Roast it until ghee releases and mixture is golden brown.
- Add milk into it and cook until it separated pan. Keep it aside and allow to cool.
- Make a one string sugar syrup and add cardomom and rose water to it.
- Mix the besan into sugar syrup and cook until seperates pan.
- Place it in a square mould and allow to set.
- Cut in cubes.
