- First finely chopped mooli & gajar.Heat oil in a kadai add methi dana, dhaniya seeds when splutter add hing. Then add chopped mooli gajar, chopped leaves of mooli with red chilli, turmeric and salt mix well & cook on low flame while covering. Check after few min.then add garam masala powder mix well n cook on low flame for few seconds. Now off the flame transfer to a serving dish and serve.
