- Clean peel and grate fresh raddish.Heat 1 tsp oil in pan.Add grated raddish to it and fry little.Water oozes out of raddish,do not worry let it cook for little time, so that the pungent smell goes off.Then add all the dry masalas and mix well.cook for some more time time.Let the raddish becomes dry and mixed well with all the masala.Remove from flame and allow it to cool for some time
- Take wheat flour in bowl add water and make soft dough and keep it to rest for 10 mins
- Take small fist size of dough and make a flat puri with rolling pin.Put the raddish stuffing in the centre and cover it on all side
- Heat tawa and put this paratha and roast it nicely on both sides by applying oil
- Serve it hot with pickle and curd
