Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp chopped french bean
  • 2 tbsp chopped carrot
  • 2 tbsp chopped cauliflower
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 100 gm mugh Dal
  • 1 dry red chili
  • 1 tsp five seeds (panch phoron)
  • 1 tsp green chilli chopped
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 bayleaf
  • as per taste Salt

Instructions

  • Chopped the veggies n saute it.
  • Boil the mugh Dal with termaric powder in the cooker n keep a side.
  • Heat the pan add ghee n then add five spices, bayleaf dry chilli n ginger paste. Then add dal n saute vegetables. Now add again some ghee. Now it is ready to serve.
