- In a blender coarsely gring the sprouts, spinach, ginger and green chillies.
- Now add the bengal gram flour, semolina, curd, salt and mix.
- Grease a flat pan or baking dish.
- Add the fruit salt to the batter and give a quick mix. Pour the batter in the pan.
- Steam the batter in a steamer for 15 mins or cook in microwave by in microwave mode for 5 mins. Let the dhokla cool when done.
- In a small pan heat the oil for tempering, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, chillies and sesame seeds. Once it releases aroma, add 1 cup water, add salt, sugar and lemon juice. Pour this tempering on the prepared dhokla.
- Serve the dhokla garnished with grated coconut, chopped coriander and fried chillies.š
