Ingredients

  • Boiled moong 1-1/2 cup
  • Mix vegetables as per choice
  • Chopped ginger 1 tsp
  • Chopped green chili 1 tsp
  • Chopped garlic 1 tsp
  • Oats powder 1/4 cup
  • Chopped coriander 2-3 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Hing 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander cumin powder 2 tsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Kitchen king masala 1 tsp
  • Amchur powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for shallow fry
  • Garnish:- Curd, salt, chaat masala, cumin powder,

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients and give a shape of tikki and shallow fry them from both the side 
  • And serve it with curd and masala even it can be serve with green chutney or any sweet n sour chutney too.
