- After frying moong dal and badam, powder them in a mixie jar.( Coarse powder)
- Heat half quantity of ghee. Fry cashew nuts and dry grapes. Keep aside.
- In the same pan add powder from mixie jar. Keep roasting for 5 mins.
- Slowly pour milk, mix well.
- Add sugar and keep stirring till sugar dissolves.
- Put remaining quantity of ghee , elaichi powder.
- Garnish with dry fruits.
