Ingredients

  • Moong dal 1 cup ( fried)
  • Badam ( almonds) 1/4 cup ( fried)
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Ghee 4 to 6 tsp
  • Milk 3/4 cup
  • Elaichi powder
  • Few cashews and dry grapes

Instructions

  • After frying moong dal and badam, powder them in a mixie jar.( Coarse powder)
  • Heat half quantity of ghee. Fry cashew nuts and dry grapes. Keep aside.
  • In the same pan add powder from mixie jar. Keep roasting for 5 mins.
  • Slowly pour milk, mix well.
  • Add sugar and keep stirring till sugar dissolves.
  • Put remaining quantity of ghee , elaichi powder.
  • Garnish with dry fruits.

Notes/Tips

Quantity of ghee can be adjusted accordingly.
