Ingredients

  • 1 cup yellow moong daal
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tspn oil
  • 1 tspn Red chili powder
  • 1 tspn coriander powder
  • 1/2 tspn turmeric powder
  • Pinch hing
  • 1/4 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
  • 6-8 curry leaves
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  • Washed n soaked moong dal for 10 minutes.
  • Take a cooker n heat oil.
  • Add cumin n mustard seeds n when it popped add pinch hing n soaked daal.
  • Now add salt n all above spices in it n mix nicely.
  • Add water as required n make 4 whistle.
  • ready to Served it.

Notes/Tips

Served with Roti, rice n salads.
