- Add water and salt Boil moong in presser cooker for 3 vessels. then add 2 cup water and keep boil. add turmeric and coriander cumin powder. Add garlic ,green chili ,ginger . add butter milk, add oil and mustard seeds let them cook, then tack out form heat and add rest of garlic ,green chili pest , red chili powder , and add in moong dal . let it boil for 15 minute. Turn off the gas and add green coriander. Serve with rice, chapathi.
