Ingredients

  • 1 cup Moong daal split
  • 1 tbsp Besan
  • 1/2 Rava
  • 1 cup Sugar bura
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 +1/2 tsp ghee
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 5-6 finely chopped cashew
  • 4-5 finely chopped pistachio

Instructions

  • Clean daal And grind fine powder, strain and grind again. heat ghee and roast daal powder till it cooked very well, add rava and besan cook till it become golden.
  • Add milk all dryfruits and cook till milk get dry...turn of flame. n let it cool.... add sugar qnd mix well.. Cook for 3-4 min... stir constantly. and garnish with dryfruits.
