  • Green Moong dal 1 cup
  • Green chill 2-3 nos
  • Ginger 1 inch
  • Coriander 1/4 cup
  • Chopped onion 1/4 cup
  • Rava 3 spoon
  • Ghee Or oil 2-3 spoon
  • Salt for taste

Instructions

  • Soak the moong dal overnight. Drain them grind along with green chills ginger coriander a bit add rava and grind in consistency of dosa batter.
  • Heat tava in low flame spread the batter pour some ghee flip other sides spread some onion green chilli and chopped coriander. Serve hot with chutney
