  • Salt
  • Cumin powder
  • Turmeric powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Red chilli powder
  • Ginger garlic
  • Onion
  • Spinach
  • Mustard
  • Moong dal
  • Green chillies
  • Oil
  • Cumin
  • Ghee

Instructions

  • wash and soke the moonge dal in 1/2 cup warm water and keep it a side. Heat oil in pessure cooker,add onions,ginger ,garlic and let it cook for 3 min in med heat .Then add cumin ,corriander ,chilli powder ,tumaric and chopped green chillies and cook it for a 1 min,then add the greens and sautae them togeather for another min or two then add salt and moong dal with the water it is soked in and let the cooker give one wisile or cook it 10 min on a mediam heat.Let it sit till the steam cools off .once the pressure is gone open the lid and add lemon juice , ghee and mix it well. Can be eaten with rice or roti.
