Ingredients

  • 200 gm moong dal
  • as required Chopped dryfruits
  • as required Malai
  • 1 cup milk
  • as per taste Sugar
  • as required Saffron

Instructions

  • Soak moong dal overnight, wash it thoroughly
  • Grind coarsely
  • Take kadai add malai and coarsely grinded dal mix it well,add milk added with saffron roast it till it starts leaving ghee
  • Add sugar and dryfruits mix well
  • Moong dal halwa ready
