Ingredients

  • 200 gram moong dal
  • As required chopped dry fruits
  • As required malai
  • 1 cup milk
  • As per taste sugar
  • As required Saffron

Instructions

  • Soak moong dal overnight and wash it thoroughly
  • Grind coarsely
  • Take kadhai and malai and coarsely grinded dal mix it well and add milk added with saffron rosted till it starts leaving ghee
  • Add sugar and dry fruits mix well
  • Moong dal halwa ready
