  • Soaked moong dal
  • Salt
  • Green chili
  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • Carrot
  • Corainder leaves
  • Oil
  • Fruit salt

Instructions

  • Soaked moong dal for 2 hours and nice blend it with 1 chilli and salt in thick flowing batter. Take out it in bowl. Chopped onion, Tomato, green chili, carrot, corainder leaves and mix it well. Add fruit salt and mix it lightly.
  • Heat Appam stand on gas stove . Grease with oil and sprinkle raai. Pour batter in appam stand. Wait for 2-4 minutes and turn it for 2-4 minutes or until it's got color brown .

Notes/Tips

You added rice flour with dal batter. Add vegetables as per your taste.
