  • Moong dal
  • Salt
  • Ajwain
  • Cumin
  • Curry leaves
  • Green chillies
  • Chana dal
  • Oil
  • Garam masala
  • Water
  • Besan

Instructions

  • Take a pressure cooker and add moong dal and water. Let it come 2-3 vessels. Take a bowl and add the green chillies,garam masala,salt,chana dal,curry leaves,ajwain,cumin,salt and cooked moong dal,mash it and add. And add besan. Mix well adding water. Make a batter and Place the dumplings in hot oil. Take it out and sprinkle some garam masala,salt on top. Serve with green chutney.
