  • Moong dal
  • Wheat flour
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Water

Instructions

  • Take a pressure cooker and add moong dal,water and pressure cook for 3 whistles. Then in a bowl add wheat flour,salt,cooked and mashed moong dal and mix well. Then add water and make a soft dough. And keep aside for 30 minutes. Heat oil. Then take a portion from dough and make a round disc. Then deep fry in oil and serve hot with aloo kurma.
