MOONG DHAL HALWA METHOD Wash moong dhal ,rinse well Soak for 2 hours Drain water & grind excess into smooth paste Take a pan, heat 2 tsp ghee Add soji & fry fry for sometime till aromatic Now add grinded moong dhal paste & fry After sometime it becomes thick Now add11/2 cup water as per your choice Keep stirring till it becomes thick Now add sugar & mix everything well Keep stirring until mixture separates & turns slightly golden yellow Add cardamom powder & nuts Again add ghee
