  • Sprouted moong
  • Potati
  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • Chili powder
  • Turmeric powder
  • Green chillies
  • Pav bhaji masala
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Corinader

Instructions

  • Boil the moong sprouts in little water.do not overcook, drain and keep aside. Keep the butter on tawa and add onions and saute well. Add tomatoes,chilli powder, turmeric,green chillies,pav bhaji masala,salt.and cook for 1 minute. Add potatoes,moong sprouts and coriander. And cook for 2minutes. And u can also add little bit of water if required. Turn of the stove and serve hot.
