  • Toor dal
  • Cumin
  • Rice flour
  • Butter milk
  • Oil
  • Dried curd chillies
  • Dried red chillies
  • Hing
  • Green chillies
  • Curry leaves
  • Turmeric powder
  • Carom seeds
  • Coriander
  • Lemon
  • Mustard
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Take a pan and add toor dal, cumin seeds and dry roast it on slow flame and transfer it into a blender and blend it into a smooth powder. Take the pan and add roasted powder,mustard,cumin, rice powder, little water, butter milk,turmeric,curry leaves, coriander,chillies,and boil it. And serve this with rice.
