  • 1 cup rice flour
  • 1 cup curd
  • 3 cup water
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Asafoetida
  • 1 tbsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 tbsp urad dal
  • 10-15 curd chilli
  • 4 tbsp oil

Instructions

  • In a bowl mix rice flour, curd, Asafoetida and salt and keep it aside In a kadai add oil and mustard seeds when crackle add curd chilli when it turns brown add urad dal Then add rice flour mixture and mix well check for salt if needed Mix well till is starts to leave the kadai Serve this hot
