Ingredients

  • 1 cup gram flour / besan
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp desi ghee
  • 1 tsp green cardamon powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup cashew chopped
  • 2 tsp sauf
  • 2 tbsp watermelon seed
  • as required Oil for deep fry

Instructions

  • Firstly take a bowl add besan add water make a thick batter beat it continuously till floppy.keep aside at least half an hour.
  • Heat the khadhai add oil around half an liter with a grater make all bundi. 1/4 of batter add few drop of food colour.
  • Khadhai put on flame when heat heat up add watermelon seed roast few minutes now place it on plate.
  • Now on another side make a syrup /chasni. In a pan add sugar 1 cup of water add Make a thick syrup
  • Now in a syrup add bundi mix properly now add all ingredients & ghee also mix well.
  • Gress the palm with water then make all laddues.

Add cashew in garnishing
